The main results of the studies are made available to the public through press releases and publications in professional journals, and receive considerable attention among companies and consumers. Research results are based on unfiltered customer feedback and show specifically what factors affect customer satisfaction and how important these factors are in relation to each other. In addition, our studies continue to set the benchmarks for customer satisfaction and quality in the relevant industry segment. The European syndicated study on customer satisfaction in the automotive industry is our annual Vehicle Ownership Satisfaction Study (VOSS).
