Mark Lendrich leads the European research activities at J.D. Power. In this function he is responsible for client interactions and the development and management of syndicated and proprietary studies in the automotive industry.
Prior to joining J.D. Power in early 2012, Mr. Lendrich was for 12 years at the innovative market research and consulting institute Vocatus AG, where he managed qualitative and quantitative market research projects for several industries.
Mr. Lendrich received a master’s degree in industrial engineering and management from the University of Applied Science in Wilhelmshaven, Germany.
