In Europe J.D. Power is specialized in the automotive industry. Our service portfolio includes market research in the field of customer satisfaction as well as consulting services for product and process improvement. Our consulting activities, which are controlled from the European headquarters in Munich include, the definition of product specifications, implementation of vehicle evaluations from the customer perspective, and the improvement of service quality in retail.
